Went Christmas shopping w friends. Store is in mini-mall (hard to see from Rt 611) beside Lowe's store. It had a decent variety and many goid sales.
45 min. wait to return an item... discovered kohl's cash counts against refund. Appalling policy. It wasn't worth returning the item for $1. What a waste of time.
We saved $30 more than we spent=the sales were good value.
The merchandise was a bit out of place but sales staff very helpful.
This Kohl's has a great selection if clothes, shoes, kitchen products. Prices are higher than average but with Kohl's cash, sometimes you can get good deals.
Holiday hours extended to midnight. They have price checker stations for customer use. It is wheel chair accessible Strollers and wheeled totes are available while shopping.
Plus...if you want to return something Kohls takes returns on everything you buy there!
Kohls is a great place go shop when they have the 30% off sales. When not available their prices are way too high for me to shop here! The 30% off makes shopping here great!
They have a wide selection of clothes brands and styles! O's - size 28 in women's and a really great selection of men's and extra tall men's clothes too. My son is 6ft 7inches tall and wears a size 17 shoe and although I've never looked for shoes here...they do carry his extra tall clothes!
Jewelry desk was very helpful, should have been more staff. Everyone I encountered that was employed there was very helpful. During regular shopping times, extremely crowded. Would not bring the children along with for shopping, for the place is a little tight and packed full of clothing and other accessories.
Incredibly inefficient; poorly staffed/managed because they ALWAYS have long lines (with only one or two individuals on the register); consistently frustrating experiences. Prepare yourself for long wait times and subpar customer service, or do yourself a favor and avoid it altogether.
